With a two year Management contract Ben Realty Group will waive first year Property Management Fees and redirect them towards Capital Improvements and necessary upgrades to the property.

We are a full service property management company with in-house 360 Maintenance Group that allows us to be more efficient and on-time with any preventive maintenance actions needed. In-house maintenance division enables us to provide high quality services and remain price competitive, which is a direct benefit to our clients. We also offer 24/7 emergency answering service, which will direct your urgent call to the appropriate department.

Accounting and Bookkeeping services available to the properties as a part of the management package. Such services would include Monthly Financial Statements and Year-End Audit available to our clients on-line via the website. Our Accounting division has access to the most recent management and accounting software, which enable prompt and efficient financial record keeping. Ben Realty Group truly believes that financial budget planning for both Operating and Capital needs is a key to the successful management. Accounting department receives numerous bills and invoices from different vendors on behalf of our Clients and ensures on-time payments. We coordinate preparation and filing of all necessary taxes both State and Federal.

Portfolio Managers of Ben Realty Group coordinate and assist in monthly Trustee meetings, annual Association voting & election processes. We provide all necessary documentation, meetings and Executive minutes in a timely fashion. Account Executives monitor compliance with Condominium Rules & Regulations and enforce its implementations.
